Sunday, 29.7.2018. Trefor is in his element, polishing No. 7 in the Engine Shed – with a black face!

Andrew has brought the train up in more familiar, rainy weather ...

… having already put the headboard on No. 7 – even if he is a week early!

The first Up empty coaching stock and newspaper train is held for the newspapers (to the order of Museum staff) to be collected …

… and soon arrives in Corris.

Thursday, 2.8.2018. A buffer casting has been set up for boring in the Engine Shed, to take previously completed buffer heads …

… while in the Carriage Shed, preparations have been made for the weekend’s Specials …

… while during the week, more material (in the background) has been delivered to fit out carriage No. 23 …

… and further strip the rotten frames of a Heritage waggon for use as a pattern for a replacement.

All appears ready for the weekend!

Friday, 3.8.2018. Richard has arrived to join Stevie …

… and move the products of various homework projects down to the Carriage Shed.

Thursday, 26.7.2018 (Corris Station Project). A start has been made on this project, with the demolition of a section of the School wall and the excavation of a foundation trench …

Sunday, 29.7.2018. … and placing concrete therein.

Thursday, 2.8.2018. Sand has been delivered so that building work may commence.
